Job Description

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our dynamic sales team, responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, while cultivating existing relationships. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base and contributing to our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential clients, real estate professionals, and other industry partners through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners by providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and delivering tailored solutions.
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to provide insights and competitive advantage.
• Sales Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in the title and escrow industry with 3+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of title and escrow services and the real estate industry and an expert in your local market
• Strong relationships with local RE brokers, agents, lenders, attorneys and other RE professionals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
