Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Escrow Officer to join our growing team. As an Escrow Officer with Iron Title, you will be responsible for managing escrow transactions from start to finish, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the entire escrow process for real estate transactions
  • Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents to ensure a seamless closing
  • Review and interpret contracts to determine requirements and deadlines
  • Prepare and present closing documents to clients for review and signature
  • Review title searches and resolve any issues that may arise during the escrow process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as National Escrow Officer
  • Intimate knowledge of real estate and escrow processes in multiple states
  • Licensed Escrow Officer in the State of Texas
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with SoftPro preferred
